River and Lake
And, the next is the river and lake that are our stage.

We pronounce the river with "KAWA" in Japanese.
We may pronounce with "GAWA" in the proper noun.
The Amazon river is "Amazon-GAWA" precisely. "Kanogawa Riv." that I introduced with Weekly?good Fishing Report is "Kano-River" in fact. However, many japanese is not able to understand in this. Therefore, I entered with "KanoGawa Riv.".


The Chinese character called the river is the hieroglyph.
It is the one that the river showed the situation that flows.



We pronounce the lake with "MIZU-UMI" in Japanese.
We pronounce with "KO" in the proper noun.
In other words, it is "MIZU-UMI" in the case of says "That lake ...". Lake Michigan is "Michigan-KO" precisely.
Although "Lake AkanKo" is "Lake Aakan" in fact, I wrote similarly as the river.


By the way, "Mizu-Umi" is the sea of fresh water.
